Since January 2005 companies must send their VAT and ICL declarations to the tax authorities in digital format. The TAX module of d-basics is a generic solution that can create, sign and send those digital declarations.
Create
The Tax module can import data files containing the required information. Further it offers the possibility to manually enter the required information. After the information has been entered the tax declaration files are created automatically.
Sign
The tax declaration files must be digitally signed before they can be sent. This is carried out automatically using a certificate provided by the Tax Authorities.
Send
After creating and signing the declaration files they can be sent to the Tax authorities with a push of a button.
Save and print
The information of each tax declaration is saved for later use. Further it is possible to print the tax declarations.
