Create or change administrations
Menu options: 'File', 'New administration'
To create a new administration, open the 'Administration' window (see menu-items above) and at least enter the following information:

| • | Zip code |
| • | City |

Although only the fields mentioned above are required, it is recommended to enter all information. After entering the information, push 'OK' or 'Apply' to create the new administration. D-basics will now make the necessary database preparations to store the financial information of the new administration.
Note: It's possible to have more than one administration in an accounting program. In this is case, for each administration in the accounting program a corresponding administration must be created in d-basics. |
