E-mail receiving and importing

Menu options: 'Ram', 'Auto receive and import'

Importing new e-mails can be initiated through the menu-options mentioned above. After receiving the e-mail the following window is opened.

New e-mails or e-mails that have not been processed yet are shown in a list. To process an e-mail:

1.	Select the e-mail that must be processed by marking the selection box at the beginning of the line

2.	Push the "Start" button to import the information

Remarks:

•	E-mails that are not imported will be presented for import again the next time this window is opened (If several data-files of the same administration (dossier) are found d-basics RAM only imports the most recent!)

•	For receiving and importing e-mail at least one e-mail account has to be configured and the e-mail settings have to be set.

•	There are different menu options for receiving and importing mail. This makes it possible to go through the process step by step.
