All agreements with d-basics b.v. are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Business of FENIT (Federatie van Nederlandse Brancheverenigingen voor Informatietechnologie) (Federation of Dutch Trade Associations for Information Technology) Filed at the Office of the Clerk of the District Court in The Hague, The Netherlands, on the third of June 2003 under number 60/2003.
