Monitor the financial condition of your customers
Risk Monitor provides information on the financial condition of your customers by automatically importing credit information form external data suppliers and matching this with the information extracted from your accounting package.
Based on this information you can check if a the amount of credit allowed to a customer does not exceed the recommended credit limit.
Graydon XSellence Services(*)
The credit information imported by the Risk Monitor module is provided by Graydon and is imported through a direct connection with the online Graydon XSellence Services. The information downloaded from Graydon is used in the following ways:

Identify debtors |

All companies that are known to Graydon are identified with a unique Graydon identification number. The Risk Monitor module includes a tools that automatically retrieves the Graydon identification number for the debtors that were extracted from the accounting package. Based on this number credit information is be downloaded from Graydon and is processed in the d-basics program.

Check addresses |

During the process of identifying debtors the address information stored in the Graydon database is downloaded and saved in the d-basics database. This address information can be updated at any time and can be compared automatically with information imported from the accounting package. This way a list can be obtained of the addresses that should be updates in the accounting package.

LimitScan |

LimitScan compares the total of outstanding amounts per debtor with the credit limit recommended by Graydon and reports for each debtor if the total of outstanding amount is below, near or above the recommended credit limit. This check can be updated as often as desired, giving an updated overview of the risks that exist as a result of exceeding the recommended credit limit.

LimitScan only checks if the total of outstanding amounts exceeds the recommended credit limit. To get more detailed information about the financial condition of a customer a CreditCheck can be performed. In that case the following information is downloaded:

Special remarks (indicating that exceptional situations apply to the debtor) |
