  d‑basics Portal centrally manages files uploaded to d‑basics Secure File Share. All uploads are encrypted, access is permissioned so that clients and partners can safely download the files intended for them, and lifecycle controls enforce a 30‑day retention period—automatically removing files after the retention window has passed to reduce risk and simplify compliance.

• Remote Collector

  d‑basics Portal manages secure use of Remote Collector by requiring client approval before any connection is established. The Service Desk sends a connection request through the Portal, and only after the client approves can a time‑limited remote session begin. This ensures full client control and secure support access.
