You can use the data processing agreement
drafted by d‑basics b.v. to formalize a data processing arrangement
with the company. To proceed, please follow the three steps outlined below:

legal@d-basics.com
Own data processing agreement
If you prefer to use your own data processing agreement,
this is also possible. However, d‑basics b.v. will charge
legal fees for reviewing and processing the agreement.
General terms
As the GDPR does not require a data processing agreement
to be a separate document, d‑basics b.v. has chosen to
include it within its general terms and conditions.
