Our software
In 2024, we launched Collector v2, a next-generation
data extraction platform consisting of:

d-basics Portal – A web
application, designed to manage and support
our data extraction services. Future enhancements
will include financial data enrichment and analytics.

d-basics Collector – Available
as both on-premises and SaaS, it connects to
various bookkeeping systems, extracts financial
data, and formats it for external use.
Your role
As a Service Desk Engineer,
you will:
- Provide first-line
support to clients using d-basics software (via
phone and remote desktop tools).
- Assist the development
team by gathering test data, testing releases
and fixes, and supporting translations.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
- Experience in
first-line service desk support
- Strong knowledge
of Microsoft Windows operating
systems
- Basic understanding
of network administration
Language Skills
- Fluent in
Dutch and English (C1 level
required)
- Good knowledge
of managing the latest Microsoft Windows operating
systems
- Fluent in
at least one of the following:
French, German, Italian, or Spanish
(C1 level required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate
vocational education (preferably in
Computer Science)
- Customer-friendly
and solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive and
communicative
- Able to work
independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge
of software development and/or
bookkeeping is a plus
