Founded in 2004 and based in Etten-Leur,
the Netherlands, d-basics b.v. is a
privately owned company specializing in data extraction software for financial applications.
Our mission is to simplify and streamline the way businesses share financial data
with service providers.
What we do
Our software extracts data from a wide range of sources—including popular accounting
platforms—and converts it into standardized formats. This enables seamless data
sharing with:
- Banks
- Factoring companies
- Credit insurance providers
- Credit managers
More than 15.000 companies have used our solutions, with a large portion still
actively relying on our tools today.
Where we operate
Our client base is primarily located in Western Europe, and our multilingual
helpdesk supports users in Dutch, English,
French, and German.
Certified quality & Security
We are proud to be ISO27001 and ISO9001 certified. In
2025, our ISO27001 certification
was updated to the ISO27001:2022 standard, reinforcing our commitment to data security
and quality management.
Introducing Collector v2
In 2024, we launched Collector v2—a next-generation data extraction solution—alongside
the d-basics Portal v2 (available at online.d-basics.com). This new software replaces
our previous products, Creditline and Collector v1, and offers:
- On-premises and Online (SAAS) versions
- Remote support features for faster implementation and maintenance
- Enhanced performance, security, and
user experience
- Improved scheduling and built in the latest technology
Looking ahead
We are currently migrating all clients to Collector v2. Further the
Collector v2 framework lays a foundation
that enables us to develop additional services
that meet the evolving needs of our clients and partners.
