d-basics Portal IP address change

Over the past weekend, d-basics Portal v1 was migrated, update of IP whitelisting may be required.

IP address of d-basic Portal v1 has changed

Over the past weekend, d-basics Portal v1 was successfully migrated to new servers located in the SmartDC datacenter in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

As a result of this migration, the IP address of https://portal.d-basics.com has changed.

Action Required for Clients Using IP Whitelisting

If your systems use outbound IP whitelisting, please update your configuration to include the following IP range:

5.200.26.113/28 (Range: 5.200.26.113 – 5.200.26.126)

Please note:

• The IP address 52.166.198.163 must remain whitelisted. This is still required for Collector v1 to download updates.

• This change does not affect clients using Creditline or Collector v2.
