d-basics Introduces New General Terms and EULA with SaaS Offering

We are pleased to announce the introduction of our new General Terms (NLdigital Terms 2025) and a new End User License Agreement (EULA). These updates accompany an important development: d-basics now offers data extraction as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.

Until now, our data extraction solution was available exclusively as an on-premises installation, and we will continue to provide this option for clients using on-premises accounting packages. With the new SaaS offering, we are expanding our services to meet the needs of clients working with online accounting packages, delivering greater flexibility and convenience through a secure cloud-based environment.

The updated General Terms and EULA ensure transparency and clarity for both deployment models—on-premises and SaaS—while supporting our commitment to innovation and reliability.
